Congratulations! Your film has been selected for the 2023 WYO Film Festival.
The WYO Film Festival is excited to congratulate you on your acceptance into this year's festival. We look forward to meeting you and screening your film with our audience. This page was created as an easy way for you to submit all required information that we need prior to screening your film and welcoming you to this Sheridan, Wyoming. We kindly ask that you complete all the information before the required dates so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Notice: All WYO Film Festival creative assets and marketing material are to be used exclusively in conjunction with the promotion of the festival. All occasions where assets are used outside the scope of promotion of an authorized screening require permission.
REQUIRED FORMS & INFORMATION
1) Film Info & Promo Assets (Due: August 11)
Please complete this form with your film’s information and links to promotional assets. You are responsible for providing all required materials for use in the festival Program guide and other advertising and promotions.
Materials are due no later than August 11, 2023 but the earlier we receive them the better.

2) Travel and Lodging Information (Deadline: September 1)
Filmmaker participation in the WYO Film Festival is an important part of the festival experience for our attendees. Please complete the following form to let us know if and who from your film will be attending in addition to your travel plans. If you need help in making airline reservations, we will be happy to assist you. This form should be submitted no later than September 1, 2023.
LODGING INFO
The WYO Film Festival in partnership with our hospitality sponsor, The Best Western Sheridan Center, is proud to provide lodging accommodations to participating filmmakers.
- The WYO Film Festival will book accommodations on your behalf. Please complete all the info under “lodging” so we can provide the Best Western with an accurate room count and the names of those needing a room.
- Should you require other accommodations, we are happy to provide recommendations however the costs associated with those accommodations are at the filmmaker’s expense.
TRAVEL INFO
For those requiring air travel, the Sheridan County airport normally has two daily flights from Denver International Airport serviced by United Airlines. The flights are small and fill up quickly. The WYO Film Festival is proud to support filmmakers with travel expenses so you can take part in festival weekend. Our festival coordinator, Caitlin Shepherd, will communicate with you about what support we are able to provide. Please use the form below to submit your travel itinerary before September 1st.
BADGE INFO
The WYO Film Festival will provide VIP badges to all participating filmmakers and crew associated with the film so you may take part in all screenings, events, and parties during festival weekend. Badges will be available for pick-up at the WYO Theater upon your arrival. Please contact Caitlin Shepherd, caitlin@wyofilmfest.org, with any questions.
